Inaugurated on the 29th of July 2023 by the Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Cooperative, Jarvad Cooperative Society exists to serve as real estate housing cooperative society that allows its members to own land & houses in choice locations within our estate listings, irrespective of their economic status.

Our founding ideology is to create easy access to affordable home ownership through well thought-out development plans.

BENEFITS OF A PIONEER MEMBER’S

You have the opportunity to become an executive.
You stand the chance to be an Area Coordinator of the Cooperative.
Your name and photograph will be displayed in our Wall of Fame
You will be issues a pioneer certificate upon confirmation.
You have a special tag to be treated as VIP at any of our future events.
Your have the opportunity to advertise your businesses that are related to the purpose for which the cooperative is established at a discount.
One of your children will have access to Education sponsorship if qualified.
An active, productive pioneer member will be rewarded materially and financially (quarterly or yearly or as may be deemed appropriate).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prospective applicants/members must be 18 years & above and in need of land to build a house.
Must be under employment, have a trade or run a business.
Must have been referred/introduced by an active financial member.
Must be willing to make daily, weekly or monthly contributions via the Cooperative for land purchase through Jarvad Property Limited as the sister company.
Must obtain & fill out our application form.
Must provide two active financial members as a guarantors.
Must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $10,000:00 into the Cooperative designated account.
Submit Teller or Proof of payments along with the application form.
Collect our Cooperative card, etc.
